At Prenatal Yoga, in a group or at an individual class, our aim is to make both the mother and the baby feel healthy and carefree. We help mothers prepare for labor so that it can be a wonderful experience and so that they can feel their old selves quickly after childbirth.
Studies have shown that prenatal yoga:

- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Increases strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
- Reduces back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches and shortness of breath
- Reduces the risk of premature birth, high blood pressure during pregnancy and delays in the growth of the baby in the womb
At Postnatal Yoga, after pregnancy, in group and individual classes, we help mothers to more easily recover from childbirth, so that they can meet the challenging demands of motherhood. The dynamic classes help develop strength and flexibility of the body and mind.
Mum and Baby yoga
Mum and Baby yoga helps mothers get fit again after childbirth in the presence of their baby, regardless of whether the baby is lying beside them, crawling or taking part in exercises. Thanks to small groups, every lesson is adjusted to the capabilities of mothers and mood of babies that day. It is a class where babies nurse as they please, and where yoga teacher takes the liveliest babies into her arms so that mothers can practice. It is also a great opportunity to hang out with other mothers and babies and exchange experience and knowledge.
